Garlic & Herb Lamb Loin Chops

Garlic & Herb Lamb Loin Chops

Yields 1 - 2 Serving

Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 lamb loin chops

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 - 2 sprigs thyme

  • 1 - 2 springs rosemary

  • 1 - 2 springs sage

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • Olive oil

Method

Heat oil in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat.

Add chops to the pan and sear for 3-5 minutes per side.

Add butter, garlic, sage, rosemary and thyme to the pan. Slightly tilting the pan away from you, baste chops on both sides during the final 1 - 2 minutes of cooking.

Transfer to plate and serve immediately.
