Green Smoothies

An easy and delicious way for the whole family to eat more fruits and vegetables every day!

Green smoothies have been an quick and simple way to introduce our daughter to more fruits and vegetables. Each recipe is nutrient dense and does not include added sugars or unnecessary ingredients. They are also dairy free but you can easily add yogurt to any recipe.

I have been surprised at how much I’ve enjoyed these smoothies. So much so that they have become a frequent staple in my breakfast or lunch rotation each week.

While I love each of the recipes highlighted here, experiment with different ingredients and flavor combinations. Let us know your favorites and share your creations!
