Greens & Grapes Smoothie

This deceptively simple recipe blew us away!

Even if you are not one to typically reach for smoothies, I urge you to try this one. The sweetness of the grapes combines with the mild taste of kale to create a smoothie that tastes more like dessert than a wonderfully healthy snack or meal replacement.

Greens & Grapes Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups fresh green grapes

2 cups fresh kale

Method:

Process all ingredients in a blender for approximately 60 seconds or until smooth.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
