Herb & Garlic Mushroom Sauté
Yields 2 - 4 Servings
Ingredients
1 carton button mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Olive oil
Method
Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Continue to sauté until mushrooms are tender and have released and reabsorbed their liquid.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
