The Dubliner

The Dubliner. Introduced to the world in 1999 by Gary 'Gaz' Regan and adapted for the Sous Chef community in 2023 by mixologist Presley Green.

Ingredients

1 oz Irish whiskey

1 oz mezcal

1/2 oz Benedictine (optional substitute: amaro)

2 dashes Peychaud’s Aromatic Cocktail Bitters

Apple slice, for garnish 

Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 20 seconds to chill and dilute. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish to an apple slice.
