The Pink Señorita
Spring is around the corner! With a combination of grapefruit, cranberry and tequila, this beautiful Pink Señorita cocktail from Mixologist Presley Green has us dreaming of warmer weather!
The Pink Señorita
Ingredients
1 3/4 oz blanco tequila
1/2 oz pink grapefruit juice
1/4 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Fresh mint, for garnish
Method
To prepare the simple syrup, combine 1/2 cup granulated sugar with 1/2 cup water in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir until sugar has dissolved. Let cool completely before preparing the cocktail. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
To prepare the cocktail, add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain cocktail into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with couple of leaves of fresh mint. Serve immediately.
